Long periods where we didn’t see anyone, so couldn’t order anything else and no theatre at all when bottles coming out but DJ was good and lights are pretty impressive. They used to give you an option on the different percentages but this time charged 20% upfront and the service wasn’t worth that from the waitresses. Is in omnia they make you pay everything up front including the tip. Anyway, what I don’t understand is and really hate. They had an event in the other room and think it was busier than they expected.

They were short staffed the night we went, or at least it appeared that way and I understand that, it happens. The way the club is set out, most tables are good spots and get a good view of everything going on. Eventually we get shown to our table, it’s a great location. When we arrived to the table reservation sign at the front, we had to wait about 10 minutes to be acknowledged, then we had to wait a further 10 minutes in another queue while our I.Ds were checked. I had a table booked for 10 of us with a 4K minimum spend. I’ve been a few times to Omnia, it’s a place that my friends like to go, as not much else happening on a Tuesday night and over the years have seen some great DJs there but the service has always been less than you’d expect for the admission or table price.
